This is only the answer to one question, which pertained to O'Jeez, and really describes the band in Dave Pirner's own words:
ER: On
an off note, has anything been or, in the planning stages for the O'Jeez?
Dave: Well Kraig and
Jesse who are the front people in that band are no longer a couple, and that is
mostly what has brought about . . . Jesse started her own band called Vio Voom
and Kraig is working on a solo record, and they are playing some of the material
that the O'Jeez played doing different interpretations and screwing around with
their instrumentation and trying to get it just right to the way they like it.
And in that way I think that the O'Jeez was a great way to nurture you're
material and to develop it and a way to try things out and bounce ideas off each
other. I was very determined to have the O'Jeez be a song writing collective
where we were all equal song-writers, and in that way I think that it was
extremely good for all of us, and I'm sure that we're going to get together and
do gigs infrequently, and always sort of have our little O'Jeez bond that we do
have, and the O'Jeez aren't ever going to really going to break up per se, but
it's not something we're really focused on right now, but it's kind of doing
it's own thing.
